Mr Cressey joined Armour Energy in November 2011 as General Manager – Infrastructure and Project Development. Prior to joining Armour, Roger had been involved in the oil and gas industry for 20 years, mainly in project management roles involving the design and construction of gas pipelines and processing plants, and also refinery upgrades. He has worked on major projects for many companies including Chevron, Santos, Caltex, Origin and others; across Australia, in PNG and Indonesia.
Since joining Armour, Mr Cressey has gained experience in petroleum exploration activities and has been instrumental in overseeing and coordinating Armour Energy’s field activities across remote northern Australia, liaising with government authorities, and has managed Armour Energy’s negotiations with Traditional Landowners regarding Native Title Agreements across Armour Energy’s tenement.
